What a fantastic place to vacation! Located on the shores of Benson Lake on the Rideau Lakes. On this point of land, you can't even see a neighbour! Just steps from the cottage deck to the dock, enjoy good swimming off of the end of the dock and boating on the 6 connected lakes.This cottage offers a living room and family room both with wood fireplaces plus three bedrooms, kitchen, and two full bathrooms all on the same level!  Western facing, enjoy spectacular sunsets on a more than 1000 square foot, two tiered, newly glass railed and gated deck! There is also a bunk-house with a set of bunk-beds, a queen size sofa bed and 1/2 bathroom to give the kids or friends some privacy. 

The Rideau Lakes Region is a great place to explore. You can take advantage of the great fishing, boating, swimming, water-skiing, or lock through the historic canal system to the other attached lakes and towns. In the surrounding towns and cities there are also lots of activities, and events to participate in including, golf, historic tours, boat tours, shopping restaurants, parties, and lots more!

This cottage is conveniently located not far off of highway #15 at the halfway point between Toronto and Montreal, 40 minutes from the Canada/US border, and only one hour and 25 minutes from Ottawa. A great place for extended families to congregate.

Cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping bunkie: Main cottage: Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a double bed and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. The bunkie has a set of bunk-beds and a toilet and sink. The main cottage has both a four piece and three-piece bathroom.

Comes with two TV's with Satellite receivers and WiFi (10mbps speed, max of 35gb/week which is about 35 hours of Netflix).

Please note that the pool will be open from mid June till mid September as it is not heated.

Required for booking: Names, ages, and addresses for all guests in your group.   For the prime summer weeks, this cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.
